About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Advancement to lead the effort in attracting philanthropic support. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive program that includes fundraising strategies, donor stewardship, prospect research, and analysis for fundraising activities. A proven track record in soliciting annual contributions is essential, and experience in cultivating and stewarding major and planned gifts is highly valued. The role is pivotal in contributing to the institution's annual revenue and requires a deep involvement in the community, including the lives of the institution, its programs, and its constituents.

The ideal Executive Director of Advancement for the company will be a key member of the community, with a strong commitment to the mission and values of the institution. This role involves regular interactions with the President and the Vice President of Operations, and the candidate should be prepared to work closely with these leaders. The Executive Director will also supervise key personnel, such as the Communications Coordinator and the Coordinator of Enrollment Management, to ensure that the case for philanthropic support is well-equipped with the necessary information. A strategic and proactive approach to advancement, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this position.
