About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and compassionate Executive Director to lead its mission of supporting children and youth affected by abuse or neglect. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the organization's strategy, building community partnerships, and ensuring financial sustainability. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in nonprofit management, particularly in the areas of fundraising, team development, and a deep commitment to equity and child advocacy. Key responsibilities include partnering with the Board of Directors to set and implement strategic goals, leading fundraising efforts, and serving as the public face of the organization to raise awareness and support.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in nonprofit leadership. The role demands a skilled individual in financial oversight, board relations, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong ability to communicate and advocate for the needs of the children and families served. Experience in child welfare, volunteer management, or court systems is a plus.
