About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and mission-driven Executive Director to lead its nonprofit healthcare services. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the Board of Directors to execute a multi-year strategic vision, serving as a dynamic leader for staff, volunteers, and stakeholders, and acting as the face of the organization in various public forums. Key areas of responsibility include organizational strategy, program and operational oversight, community and government partnerships, fundraising, and financial management. The role demands a leader with a deep commitment to the mission of increasing access to healthcare for vulnerable populations, particularly those in need of dental, vision, and hearing services.

The ideal Executive Director will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 5-7 years of experience in executive or senior-level nonprofit leadership, ideally in healthcare or community services. The candidate should possess a proven track record in fundraising, strong financial management skills, and the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships. A deep belief in equitable access to healthcare and a history of leading with compassion and integrity are essential. Experience in working with federal agencies, public health programs, or healthcare disparity initiatives is a plus. The role is pivotal in shaping the organization's future and requires a visionary leader who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
