What You'll Do Provides strategic leadership by partnering with facility leadership to develop and implement operational plans. Ensures high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance by upholding policies, procedures, and standards. Oversees hiring, supervision, and development of department directors and staff, fostering a positive and effective workplace culture. Manages the facility’s budget, balancing quality services with fiscal responsibility. Maintains facility compliance with all regulatory and accrediting bodies, ensuring readiness for inspections. Promotes community relations and maintains targeted occupancy levels. Monitors key operational metrics and ensures ongoing quality improvement. Ensures a safe, sanitary, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and guests. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field is required. Master’s Degree is preferred. Must hold a current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of employment or be eligible to obtain licensure within six months of employment. Ten (10) years’ experience with five (5) years in management of a health care organization. Experience to include strong leadership, financial, communication and marketing skills. Senior care or long-term care experience required. Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field (Executive Director or Administrator experience preferred) Strong business acumen with a track record of successful financial and operational management Passion for enriching the lives of older adults and fostering a positive, inclusive community culture Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards Culture makes all the difference in an organization.
