Overview We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial leader to serve as Executive Director in our Las Vegas market through our Bridge to Ownership Program . This unique opportunity is designed for high-performing executives who want to lead the day-to-day operations of a healthcare staffing agency while preparing to become an owner/operator . The role combines strategic leadership, operational management, and business development with a clear path toward ownership.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Oversee daily operations of the healthcare staffing agency, ensuring efficient delivery of staffing services to healthcare partners.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, staffing coordinators, and support staff to achieve performance and financial goals.
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and healthcare staffing regulations.
Monitor key operational metrics including fill rates, client satisfaction, and employee retention.
Business Development Develop and execute strategies to grow client base in hospitals, long-term care facilities, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and service excellence.
Negotiate contracts and agreements that support growth and profitability.
Financial Management Manage P&L for the Las Vegas office, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth.
Track and report on financial performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
Drive operational efficiency to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
Bridge to Ownership Pathway Participate in leadership development and ownership training provided by the organization.
Learn and apply business ownership fundamentals including financial management, business planning, and market strategy.
Demonstrate capability to meet performance benchmarks and readiness for ownership transition.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare operations, or related industries .
Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in P&L management .
Proven track record of building and scaling teams while achieving revenue growth targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for business ownership .
