About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Laboratory Compliance, Accreditation, and Quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive lab-wide strategy that ensures compliance, quality, and accreditation across all the company's hospitals, laboratories, and clinical settings. This role involves establishing governance structures, leading the design and implementation of a centralized Quality Management System, and proactively addressing emerging regulatory requirements. The Executive Director will also align compliance initiatives with the company's long-term strategic goals and oversee the development of compliance dashboards and analytic tools. Collaboration with clinical, operational, legal, and quality leaders is essential to ensure integrated and consistent compliance practices.
Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, with 7-10 years' progressive leadership experience in compliance, accreditation, or healthcare quality. A deep understanding of regulatory standards and lab operations is required, as is proficiency with compliance and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex, matrixed teams, and multi-site operations, and the ability to influence at the executive level. Experience in process improvement and change management is also necessary. The role demands a leader who can mentor and develop talent, and who is dedicated to the values of excellence, compassion, teamwork, and purpose in healthcare.
