Must-Haves:
Active RN license (required)
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including 3+ years in healthcare (hospice leadership strongly preferred)
Proven success in business development and operational growth
CPR certification (if providing direct patient care)
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Bachelor’s degree or licensure as a physician, RN, or social worker with 3+ years of relevant success
About the Role: Are you a strategic leader driven by a passion for delivering exceptional end-of-life care? We’re seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Corpus Christi hospice operations. In this critical role, you’ll guide our mission, manage daily operations, and ensure excellence in both patient care and organizational performance.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute goals that align hospice services with our mission and standards of care
Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing, compassionate team
Ensure clear, empathetic communication between staff, patients, families, and providers
Monitor census and staffing levels to ensure seamless care delivery
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and reporting
Champion quality improvement initiatives and policy compliance across all service lines
