About the Role
The Company is seeking a Hospice Executive Director to lead and oversee all aspects of hospice operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for business and clinical operations, business development, financial control, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years' hospice program leadership experience and a background as an Executive Director, Administrator, or Director of Clinical Operations. Strong skills in operations, growth strategy, and clinical operations are essential, as is experience with budgetary responsibilities and a broad knowledge of federal and state regulations.
Applicants for the Hospice Executive Director position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in nursing, health care, or business administration, and a minimum of 2 years' in health care management, with a focus on hospice or related health programs. The role demands outstanding leadership, managerial, and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships both within the company and in the communities served. Experience in analyzing processes, planning for improvements, and managing change in a fast-paced environment is also required.
