Executive Director Opportunity Description

Our client is a growing Home Health  organization. They are looking for an experienced Executive Director to lead operations and growth. This position is based in Lehigh County, PA . Home Health or Home Care leadership experience required. Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered. Local candidates preferred but may consider relocation.

Executive Director Job Requirements Home Health / Home Care experience required. Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance payer experience preferred. Business development and Financial acumen. Executive Director Job Responsibilities Oversite of all operations and branch personel. Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations. Grow client base and revenue. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
