Your Future Team The Executive Director, Head of IT Integrations and Operations you will provide strategic direction, leadership, and innovation to drive the successful management of Hightower’s IT Operations Group and provide oversight of the Integration of new Advisor Business into the Hightower Technology Platform What You’ll Do Oversee IT Operations functions, including Centralized Operations Processing, Monitoring, and managing the overall effective performance of the Technology Platform at Hightower. Oversee the integration of newly acquired or partnered advisor businesses into Hightower’s technology environment ensuring seamless transitions. Develop and maintain a multi-year IT operations roadmap aligned with corporate objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure technology initiatives support business strategy and growth. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, cross-training, and innovation within the group. Define and track operational KPIs, create executive dashboards, and ensure transparency of IT Operations performance. Establish strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and enforce IT governance frameworks, What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. Certifications like ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or COBIT are strong differentiators. MBA a plus. Experience in wealth management, financial services, fintech , or similarly regulated sectors. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
