The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market access strategy and execution across various therapeutic areas, providing critical strategic input into clinical and commercial development plans, and ensuring that pipeline assets are optimized for global market readiness. This leadership position involves shaping access strategies, collaborating with regional teams, and playing a key role in business development activities. The Executive Director will also lead the development and execution of global market access and pricing strategies, tools, and resources, and will be expected to keep abreast of evolving global trends and policies related to disease pricing and reimbursement. Applicants for the Executive Director, Global Market Access position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related technical field, with an advanced degree strongly preferred. A background in health economics, outcomes research, public health, or health policy is highly desirable. The role requires a minimum of 7 years' experience in developing and implementing market access and HEOR strategies across global markets, with a deep understanding of market access and HTA processes. Experience in rare disease, orphan, or ultra-orphan product markets is also highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, as well as a proven track record in project management and team leadership.
