About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Global Technology Solutions with a focus on Finance. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for driving the technology strategy that aligns with various financial functions, including planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, procurement, and audit. This role demands a visionary with a strong background in financial technology, investment management, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of innovation, implementing advanced technology solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of finance activities, and will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through robust management and analytics platforms.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 14 years' of related experience, or a Master's degree and at least 10 years' of experience in a relevant field. Extensive experience in technology leadership within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of financial systems and technologies, proficiency in software development, data management, cloud computing, and cybersecurity, as well as familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will also have a strong knowledge of AI technologies and their application in the industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive innovation and make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include managing a global team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
