About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Enterprise Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic management of enterprise applications, data systems, and IT infrastructure to support business operations. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and technology standards. The Executive Director will also oversee the administration and maintenance of these systems, define data management policies, and evaluate and select appropriate tools and services to enhance operational efficiency. Compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards is a key aspect of the position.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 8 years' of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years' in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology modernization, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills. Experience in leading IT initiatives, particularly in a regulatory environment, and familiarity with compliance requirements and security standards are also highly valued. The role requires the ability to work closely with the Chief Information Officer and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of IT projects in alignment with the organization's goals and compliance requirements.
