About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Enterprise Safety, Quality, and Patient Experience. This pivotal role is responsible for defining and leading the delivery of safety, quality, and patient experience initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical leadership to ensure the consistent provision of safe, high-quality, and efficient healthcare services. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership in quality, safety, patient experience, accreditation, regulatory affairs, and infection prevention. The role also involves partnering with various teams to identify and mitigate risks, leading performance improvement efforts, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Applicants for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree in a related field, and at least 15 years' of experience in clinical quality, safety, or patient experience. A minimum of 5 years' of prior leadership experience is required. The ideal candidate will be a certified professional in healthcare quality, patient safety, accreditation, or risk management, and possess a Master Black Belt or Lean Gold certification. Proficiency in data analysis, and experience in strategic management, and leading change in complex settings are essential. The role demands excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a strong background in regulatory compliance and accreditation processes within the healthcare industry.
