About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Compliance to lead the evolution and oversight of its Healthcare Compliance Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the compliance program, including training, policy development, and monitoring of industry-specific compliance risks and regulatory obligations. This role requires a strategic approach to emerging healthcare compliance issues, such as clinical trials, patient support programs, and commercialization strategies. The Executive Director will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, managing external compliance vendors, and providing leadership in stakeholder engagement.

Applicants for the Executive Director, Compliance position at the company should have a JD from an accredited law school, with a strong preference for admission to practice law in at least one relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 10-12 years of directly relevant compliance experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is required, with a deep understanding of U.S. and global healthcare compliance regulations. The role demands excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Experience in designing healthcare compliance programs, delivering training, and managing compliance issues is essential.
