About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Command Center Operations with a primary focus on overseeing and enhancing IT service management processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incidents, problems, changes, and service requests to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services. This role involves supervising an IT operations team, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring data security and compliance. The Executive Director will also be tasked with developing and maintaining ITSM documentation, leading the incident and problem management processes, and coordinating with stakeholders to evaluate the impact and risk of proposed changes.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, with a Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in IT operations management, particularly within a command center or IT operations environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ITIL framework, experience with ITSM tools, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills. The role demands a professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels. Advanced ITIL certifications and the ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are also necessary.
