About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Clinical and Operational Improvement. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the division. This executive leadership role involves overseeing all operations within the Clinical and Operational Improvement Division, ensuring the delivery of value and efficiency. The Executive Director will also serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Vice President and Chief Improvement Officer, contributing to the development and execution of enterprise strategies. Key responsibilities include maintaining a robust management system, developing and executing strategic plans, and fostering a culture of improvement and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a Master Black Belt or Lean Bronze Certification, and a minimum of 12 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in progressive leadership within safety, quality, improvement, and/or clinical operations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should possess a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on financial planning, project management, and people management. The role requires excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, as well as proficiency in data analysis and visualization. The candidate must have a proven track record in applying and coaching Lean problem-solving approaches, and experience in performance improvement and process optimization. Advanced communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. The role also involves managing budgets, forecasts, contracts, and vendor relationships, and staying abreast of national trends in the healthcare and business industries. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at leading change in a complex, matrixed environment.
