About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director, Client Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in ensuring the financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic partnership across client accounts in the marketing and technology sectors. This pivotal role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between finance and client leadership, balancing financial stewardship with business growth. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of client portfolios, managing account-level P&Ls, and providing insights and recommendations on financial performance. Additionally, the role involves supporting client negotiations, ensuring financial compliance, and leading operational finance activities such as forecasting and revenue recognition.

Applicants for the Executive Director, Client Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive finance experience, with a strong background in client finance, FP&A, or commercial finance within the marketing, advertising, or technology sectors. The role demands a professional with a strong understanding of client contract models, advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Leadership and collaboration are also key, as the Executive Director will be expected to manage and mentor a small team of client finance professionals and work closely with the broader finance leadership team to implement strategic initiatives.
