40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $295,000/yr - $318,670/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related engineering field, and ten (10) years of post-bachelors, progressive, related work experience. Must have experience with/in the following: - Lean Six Sigma; - Automation Delta V; - Manufacturing execution systems (MES); - Data analytics; - Process modelling; - Statistical analysis; - Aseptic operations; and - Validation. Skill set does not need to be maintained over the full term of required experience. Must have ten (10) years of experience with/in the following: - Biotechnology (vaccines / biologics); - Pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience in process development; - Manufacturing and process validation; and - People management. May telecommute 50% of time to Seattle, WA, from anywhere in the United States. Domestic and international travel 25% of time.
