About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for AI Products to lead the vision, strategy, and development of AI and machine learning products with a focus on real-world healthcare impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the roadmap for AI and data products that align with the company's broader goals and healthcare mission. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, and introducing innovative AI technologies to drive better insights and outcomes. The Executive Director will also be at the forefront of market and customer intelligence, technology leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all products meet regulatory and ethical AI standards.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master’s or MBA, and at least 12 years' of experience in product management, analytics, or AI/ML, including a minimum of 6 years' in life sciences, clinical, or healthcare software. The role requires a proven track record in managing full product lifecycles, strong technical understanding of AI/ML, data engineering, or software development, and experience in integrating AI into regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic leadership skills, and a background in leading cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale software. A passion for innovation, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams are essential.
