Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is a pivotal role that ensures the CEO can focus on strategic priorities by handling day-to-day operational tasks, managing communications, and acting as a key liaison both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with exceptional time management, discretion, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and track follow-up items
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Assist in drafting emails, presentations, reports, and other executive communications
Coordinate and support special projects, events, and strategic initiatives
Help manage personal tasks and errands that support the CEO’s overall efficiency
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and/or Microsoft Office
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment
Preferred:
Experience working directly with C-level executives
Background in startups, health/wellness, tech, or similar industries
