Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support a CEO/President who leads multiple companies across energy, development, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, assist with financial and legal documentation, and offer strategic insights on business operations as they ramp up for growth of the business! This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to interact professionally with executives, investors, and community leaders. The position is in office with some travel required. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the executive Prepare and review financial reports, legal documents, and other key materials Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information Facilitate communication between the executive and various stakeholders including CEOs and investors Conduct research, compile data, and prepare presentations and reports Support smooth office operations and assist administrative staff as needed Analyze business issues and clearly communicate findings to relevant teams Build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple business units Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet strategic goals Travel up to 25% as required. Must be available some nights and weekends for important calls or meetings. Some personal executive assistance will be required. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO or CFO Strong financial, legal, and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with integrity Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and other relevant software Ability to make calls to potential clients on behalf of CEO Experience analyzing financial statements and offering suggestions to leadership Must be highly entergetic, ability to clearly communicate, and work in a fast paced environment Additional Attributes Strategic thinker with the ability to advise on high-level business matters Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism when engaging with senior leaders and external partners Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of multiple organizations Perks: 5k quarterly bonus in addition to base comp!
