Summary Sell William O’Neil’s domestic and international stock recommendations, data research, and analytic tools to qualified institutional clients. Duties and Responsibilities Present stock ideas, the O'Neil Methodology, and our proprietary Panaray platform to clients and prospects Prospect, qualify, and close new business with top institutional prospects Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction Meet and exceed revenue goals quarterly and annually Grow revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts Build relationships with Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts to identify opportunities Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications & Requirements 10-15 years of sales experience in equity markets or financial services Active Series 65/66 with no disclosures on U-4 (or ability to obtain) Deep knowledge of equity investments and financial markets Willingness to travel 25-50% Effective communication skills for professional and institutional audiences Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting Creative problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s, CFA, or CMT is a plus Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and responsibility in work Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset Salary Range This is a salary plus commission role: Base salary: $175,000 - $200,000 annually + commissions Working Conditions Primarily office-based; ability to sit for extended periods, hear the phone, use a computer, and lift up to 10 pounds is required.
