Seeking a Director of Nursing with Endoscopy expertise for a growing center in NYC's Upper West Side. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership ability to enhance patient experience and quality of care with staff nurse endoscopy experience. Ensure positive patient experience and outcomes

Manage staffing needs and scheduling

Maintain regulatory compliance

Fulfill staff nurse responsibilities in OR, PACU, Pre and post operative care as needed Endoscopy: Director of Nursing Qualifications: RN : Prefer Bachelor's degree in nursing and active State of NY Nursing License

3+ years of supervisory experience

Expertise in all areas of endoscopy nursing care Endoscopy: Director of Nursing Benefits: Competitive base salary $120-140K + bonus
