Company Overview: We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients, providing top-notch service and building strong relationships. Handle all aspects of employee benefits processing, including applications, renewals, and endorsements. Collaborate with underwriters, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth benefits plan implementation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our system. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in insurance management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and integrity.
