The Assistant Clinical Director of Embedded and In Home is responsible for supporting the Director in the oversight of performance and operations of the program at Ellie Mental Health, now part of Nystrom & Associates. This role supports the Director and community-based staff, assists with staffing needs, provides resource support, and performs administrative oversight. Total compensation is expected to range from $75,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Required Skills/Abilities: Master's degree or higher education in mental health discipline Independently licensed with a Minnesota-issued clinical practice license (eg., LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP) Board-approved licensure supervisor (BBHT, BOSW, BMFT, BP) 2+ years in the field including experience working with kids, adolescents, or teens, some leadership skills desired but not required Ability to perform, organize, and prioritize work independently Exhibit good judgement, honesty, integrity, responsibility, organization, and punctuality Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals, analyze issues, and suggest or determine solutions Proficient in utilizing computers, typing, and navigating multiple applications/systems simultaneously, utilizing Microsoft Office products and using electronic health records (EHR) systems Maintains strict confidentiality handling client information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and Ellie policies Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture Responsibilities include: Facilitate in building a creative positive work culture that aligns with Ellie values Coordinate with Director of Embedded and In Home to support the hiring process, including interviewing, onboarding, and training Maintain agreed upon clinical client caseload of 12-18 weekly billable hours Meet 1:1 with assigned licensed clinicians. Meet 1:1 with assigned unlicensed clinicians to review productivity, caseload, and review and signing of clinical documentation Meet regularly with new staff for 1:1 mentorship, documentation review, training, and understanding of embedded practice management Co-Facilitate 245i consultation groups, including documentation Check clinic performance data weekly and identify opportunities to improve clinic functioning and quality of client care Participate in required meetings and consultations Serve as liaison between program and schools to facilitate positive relationships with school staff and Ellie and monitor clinic or school capacity and practice patterns Host marketing/informational events at schools as needed to create service awareness including management of marketing materials Troubleshoot issues within Valant, ADP, Power BI, Teams, Outlook, and billing Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Complete all assigned monthly chart audits Travel Requirements: 0-25% for attending school meetings, back-to-school events, school conferences as needed.
