Job Title: Education or Site Director We are seeking an Education or Site Director to oversee our infant/toddler, preschool, and 3K classrooms. Honeydew Drops mission is to provide high-quality childcare, parental support, and leadership training for childcare providers. Our focus is on the social-emotional growth and development of children, aiming to teach them independence, resilience, and community participation to prepare them for school and life. We offer a supportive and positive environment and seek dedicated educators who align with our culture and are committed to implementing our vision and goals. Ideal candidates are experienced leaders accustomed to a fast-paced environment, capable of supporting teachers and families within our program.
