Responsibilities Inspire and encourage teachers by supporting teachers of all age groups in classrooms of all ages. Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers. Collaborate with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers. Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum. Support the use of our exclusive, time-tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum.
