Purpose:The Divisional Director of Sales at Sinceri Senior Living plays a pivotal role in driving census growth by executing divisional sales strategies aligned with company objectives. This position provides strategic leadership, coaching, and operational support to Regional and Community Sales Directors across multiple communities. By developing high-performing sales teams, implementing effective processes, and ensuring consistent CRM utilization, this role enhances lead conversion and move-in retention. The Divisional Director of Sales serves as a key liaison between the field and corporate leadership, translating national priorities into divisional action.Essential Job Functions:Strategic Sales LeadershipExecute divisional sales strategies that align with enterprise-wide census and revenue goalsCollaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing (VPSM) to ensure cohesive sales messaging, product positioning, and promotional timingSupervise and support up to three Regional Director of Sales and Marketing (RDSMs) and one Sales Specialist within the assigned divisionTeam Development & MentorshipLead the onboarding process for new Regional and Community Sales Directors or Sales SpecialistsFacilitate monthly sales training sessions in coordination with the VPSMConduct monthly coaching calls, in-person field visits, and ongoing performance reviews to develop sales leaders and foster a culture of accountability and growthSales Enablement & ExecutionMonitor CRM usage across communities to ensure full adoption, lead pipeline accuracy, and timely follow-upDeploy training initiatives related to new sales tools, scripts, and system enhancements across the divisionEstablish and promote divisional best practices for lead inquiry handling, home visit conversions, and the deposit-to-move-in processMinimum Eligibility RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including direct oversight of regional or multi-site sales teamsProven track record of driving census growth and achieving sales targets in the senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, or related healthcare industryDemonstrated success in developing and mentoring high-performing sales professionals at the regional or community levelStrong strategic thinking with the ability to execute divisional sales plans aligned with organizational goalsExceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and executive presenceStrong organizational and time-management skills; must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environmentHigh level of initiative and accountability; must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-drivenAdvanced computer proficiency, including CRM systems (e.g., Sherpa, Enquire, or similar), and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned divisionAbility to represent Sinceri Senior Living in a positive, mission-aligned manner at all times
