Job Title

What you'll do:

1. Washing all soiled dishes, glasses, silver, utensil, pots and pans
2. Cleaning steamers, stoves and fryers, cleaning grill, drip pans, pot sinks and dishwashers daily
3. Sweeping and mopping floors in bakery, chef's office, and employees break room and the entire kitchen, including walk in freezer boxes.
4. Helping during banquet plate ups, covering plates & expediting service as requested.
5. Set up of employees' cafeteria and monitoring of meals daily.
6. Monitoring for loss and breakage of china, glass and silver
