Our Directors are responsible for executing daily operations and keeping team members/leaders accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Directors’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Directors lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs. You have demonstrated leadership ability with at least two years of experience in a customer-facing setting.
