Compensation & Perks • Pay: $20–$25/hr (≈ $41,600 – $52,000 annually, based on 40 hrs/week) • Schedule: 38–50 hours/week; open availability required. Primary Objectives • Deliver exceptional food and genuine hospitality every day. • Develop leaders and team members through care, accountability, and coaching. • Build and maintain systems for long-term success in your specific area of ownership. Performance Indicators • Checklists: 90%+ completion rate across BOH, FOH, and cleaning systems. • Guest Experience (CEM): Top 20% in all metrics. • Food Safety: No high-risk or repeat violations. • Quality Audits: 99% or higher. • SAFE Daily Criticals: 100% completion. • Productivity: $70+ daily average. • Food Cost Gap: Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
