What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, engagement, or culture-building roles . Strong expertise in employment law and compliance (labor relations experience a plus). HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) or ability to obtain within one year. Ability to travel as needed to engage with teams and leaders across the organization.
