We are seeking an experienced Director of Value-Based Care to lead strategy, operations, and performance for a highly respected, physician-led healthcare organization in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. Own market P&L and collaborate with senior leaders, physician partners, and health plans

Oversee a high-performing team driving innovative care models and operational excellence

Leverage data and technology to improve quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes

Ensure alignment with mission, vision, and organizational goals

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field (Master’s preferred)

8+ years’ experience in healthcare and/or managed care operations

Prior senior leadership experience

Strong understanding of value-based care, healthcare delivery systems, and operational best practices

Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
