Global Treasury is looking for a Director, Treasury Control Management to lead a diverse team of high-performing professionals focused on ensuring control management is embedded in the day-to-day operations of our organization. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of the Global Treasury risk management roadmap and vision. Maintain and update the Treasury operational risk issue register, ensuring timely documentation and escalation of operational risk issues and events. Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and control test plans in collaboration with Treasury teams. Contribute to the creation and refinement of control standards and performance metrics to enhance risk oversight and automation. Monitor and report key risk indicators (KRIs) and compliance metrics to Treasury leadership. Provide operational support for change management initiatives, ensuring risk considerations are embedded in project planning and execution. Help establish and maintain governance practices for non-model tools and emerging risk areas. Ensure alignment with enterprise-wide risk programs, including Third-Party Risk, Business Continuity, and Model Governance. Partner with second and third lines of defense to ensure alignment with enterprise risk and compliance expectations. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in Treasury, Risk Management, or a related operational discipline. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with risk frameworks and control testing methodologies. Experience working with governance, compliance, or audit teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify risk trends. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; certifications (e.g., FRM, CPA, CIA) are a plus.
