The Director of Transformation will implement strategic transformation initiatives at Duly, driving change, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring successful execution. This position will collaborate across diverse teams while executing on transformation initiatives. Implement transformation objectives within cross functional teams Achieve operational and financial objectives for Transformation initiatives Translate strategy to operational tactics through focused efforts/actions that will have greatest strategic impact Change Management Utilize change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformation Foster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement Guide and support to teams as they navigate through change Project and Program Management Follow through execution, and monitoring of transformational projects and programs Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Implement project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Data-Driven Decision Making Utilize data analytics and insights to measures the impact of transformation initiatives Collaborate with analytics teams to identify key performance indicators and success metrics Assists in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of changes and makes recommendations to further efforts in attainment of goals. Support key metrics that will drive decisions and generate ROI. Training and Development Implement training programs to build the capabilities of teams involved in transformation initiatives Provide education and resources to support staff in adapting to new processes and workflows Ensure programs success, develop and implement interventions when falling short Qualifications EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or a related field required. Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field highly preferred. EXPERIENCE: Five or more years of experience working within healthcare consulting and operations background required.
