THE OPPORTUNITY GR0 is seeking an exceptional Director, TikTok Shop to help lead our growing team of TikTok Shop experts and drive results for our diverse roster of clients. This person is a natural leader and expert communicator who is happy to foster a growing team while ensuring client success and identifying opportunities for continued growth of the TikTok Shop department! What you’ll do:
Build a best-in-class TikTok Shop team and product. Develop the foundational strategy, as well as lead the tactical execution and management of GR0’s TikTok Shop marketing department. Manage the business development process of the TikTok Shop department to ensure rapid scale of revenue. Oversee the management and training of all members of the TikTok Shop team. Be an expert in the TikTok Shop marketing space and industry best practices in order to better explain and communicate that information to clients, specifically around GR0's implementation of these services. Plan, implement, and report on comprehensive TikTok Shop marketing strategies to meet and exceed client goals. Act as a primary point of contact throughout the customer journey through a combination of email, slack, and video calls, helping to address customer concerns, solve problems, and remove obstacles to customer success. Work cross-functionally with GRO teams on strategy, opportunities and optimizations. Forecast website traffic, sales and CAC based on campaigns and their associated budgets. Identify market trends and areas of opportunities for growth across TikTok Shop programs. Track program’s success and regularly analyze data and metrics to improve performance and enhance efficiency. Own all outcomes and prioritize efforts to focus on delivering optimal results within expected timeframes. Other duties as assigned. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
10% monthly GMV growth for each shop (unique client) What you’ll bring:
2+ years of partnership/TikTok Shop program management experience (agency, or network). Affiliate marketing background a plus! Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships based on trust and takes an active approach to recruitment. An understanding of customer lifetime value and how to optimize towards profits based on client margins. Who you are:
You are empathetic with a high EQ and can read people and pivot/adapt to strengthen relationships. You are well-organized and can juggle competing client priorities and deadlines while remaining self-motivated and attentive to detail and accuracy. You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and have experience presenting to senior-level client contacts. You enjoy working with project management frameworks to track and complete key deliverables and outstanding items. You enjoy meeting with clients and discussing results with them, and can reassure them when KPI’s are below their goals. You are experimental and highly analytical, and very comfortable using data to drive your decisions. You are passionate about working across various industries and helping small and medium businesses scale their sales and digital presence. Physical Requirements:
This is a hybrid office position based in Los Angeles, CA. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite with cross-functional leaders and contributing to a highly collaborative environment. What does the hiring process entail?

Expect a mix of technical and high-level questions focused on how you’ve driven sales growth, optimized storefront performance, managed teams, and collaborated across marketing, creative, and operations. It’s also a great opportunity to ask questions about the role, team structure, and GR0’s vision for TikTok Shop moving forward. Stage 3 (Executive Team Interview) - In this stage, you’ll meet with members of our executive team for a conversation centered around culture and team alignment. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you beyond your technical skill set and understand how you would contribute to and thrive within our company culture. GR0 believes strongly in equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total annual compensation for this role is market competitive -
$125,000 base plus commission. OTE $150,000 (based on experience).
