Essential Responsibilities

Scope: The project and program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers. Develop and implement the strategic vision for engineering operational programs. Oversee the planning and execution of engineering programs. Ensure alignment of engineering programs with business goals. Manage and mentor program managers and engineering teams. Monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement. Communicate program status and strategic initiatives to executive leadership. Manage program budgets and financials. Required Qualifications

Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven ability to manage large, complex engineering programs. Compensation and Benefits

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$169,500 to $291,500 . Actual compensation is based on factors including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation), equity, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.). For more information, visit
