Responsibilities The Director, Talent Management, Learning & Leadership Development, will shape Texas Oncology’s future by fostering a culture where employees and physicians feel valued, developed, and prepared to lead. This role involves designing and executing enterprise-wide talent strategies aligned with our mission, focusing on enhancing employee and physician experience, leadership development, and building a future-ready talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities include: Aligning initiatives with our mission and culture. Developing leadership programs reflecting our values and patient-centered approach. Embedding cultural competencies into performance reviews and succession planning. Building a leadership pipeline aligned with healthcare delivery and operational excellence. Enhancing employee and physician engagement and retention strategies. Scaling learning and development initiatives with blended learning solutions. Leading programs for employee engagement, performance management, and feedback. Partnering with HR and operational leaders to integrate talent strategies with business needs. Providing strategic oversight to team members and setting a vision for impact. Qualifications 12+ years in talent management, learning, or organizational development. 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams and influencing senior leaders. Proven success in enterprise-wide leadership development programs. Healthcare or physician engagement experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Certifications in leadership tools (e.g., DiSC, EQ, Hogan, 360 assessments) preferred. Workday experience preferred. Working Conditions Travel: 30-50% as needed. Environment: Office, clinical practice, travel. Physical requirements: Standard office activities, travel by air and auto.
