Job Description: The Director of surgical Services (RN) should be a transformational and inspirational team builder who is able to manage and mentor a team, focus on data and quality to drive improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and to encourage open communication between departments to ultimately achieve and provide the highest and safest level of patient care. The role of the Director of Surgical Services lead the perioperative team by focusing on safe patient care while effectively managing operations. The Director of Surgical Services has 24/7 responsibility for their departments. Requirements: ·Bachelor's degree in nursing required ·Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred ·3+ years of experience in a leadership role preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience ·Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation required ·Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred ·Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) preferred Benefits: ·All the standard benefits are covered.
