Managing risks across multiple suppliers and distribution partners. Lead joint business reviews, strategic roadmap discussions, and long-term partnership planning with executive stakeholders. Drive early engagement with suppliers on new architectures, platforms, and enabling technologies. Secure early samples, engineering enablement, and commercial support for critical launches. Negotiate allocation, pricing, investment, and co-marketing opportunities to maximize mutual value. Act as an internal advocate, bringing supplier insights into Framework’s product and business strategy. Function as the executive escalation point for allocation or pricing challenges, ensuring timely resolution. Travel domestically and occasionally abroad for key partner meetings, business reviews, and industry events.
