Overview Director, Strategic Relations - Dermatology (REMOTE) at Organon. The Director will shape Organon’s presence and reputation within the dermatology, allergy and pediatric communities, leading peer-to-peer education and thought leader engagement strategies for the dermatology portfolio and future assets. The role involves cultivating relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional societies, and healthcare providers to drive advocacy, inform strategic planning, and enhance the customer experience across all phases of the product life cycle. Responsibilities Own the Peer-to-Peer strategy, budget, and execution for the dermatology product within the assigned territory, including Speaker Programs, Advisory Boards, Conference Execution, Product theatres and Peer-to-Peer education initiatives. Ensure cross-functional engagement and collaboration with Marketing, Medical, and Sales in the development and execution of Peer-to-Peer strategic initiatives. Maintain Key Opinion Leader and Community HCP relationships to shape opinions of Organon and its portfolio; leverage relationships to understand disease state considerations, treatment patterns, market access experiences and unmet needs. Identify emerging thought leaders and inform cross-functional partners of strategic opportunities. Develop annual advisory board plans and implement annual KOL engagement strategies to support positive Organon perceptions and commercialization initiatives. Fully manage all aspects of the dermatology speaker Bureau, including speaker selection, contracting, training, scheduling, compliance monitoring, and budget adherence in collaboration with field sales. Provide feedback to speakers on clinical aptitude and content balance; manage speaker capacity decisions and annual feedback processes. Oversee coordination with Speaker Program Management agency to ensure compliant, high-quality speaker programs and balanced bureau budget; track HCP value transfers and reporting to ensure adherence to annual caps in partnership with Compliance. Lead National and Regional Conference execution, determining sponsorship levels and aligning with Marketing, Sales and Medical to ensure Organon representation at Dermatology, Allergy and Pediatric conferences. Partner with Sales RBD & DBMs on local congress management; lead cross-functional pre- and post-conference planning and executive KOL meetings. Required Education, Experience And Skills Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university required; MBA preferred. Seven to ten years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in sales, marketing, or thought leader engagement. Strong relationships with KOLs and Dermatologists; demonstrated ability to build and nurture KOL relationships. Patient-focused, with ability to identify unmet needs from KOLs, Marketing, and Market Access. Working knowledge of Thought Leader engagement activities; scientific knowledge and aptitude in complex disease states. Proven ability to execute strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines; strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally; strong analytical and presentation skills; leadership to initiate and lead key projects, with a track record of innovative thinking.
