Savant is transforming how healthcare and life sciences organizations unlock the value trapped in unstructured medical data. Our platform combines cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) with domain-specific quality controls to convert free-text clinical records into structured, analysis-ready data — efficiently, accurately, and at scale. We’re hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships to help scale Savant’s footprint across clinical research, health systems, life sciences, and data infrastructure. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to identify, negotiate, and grow high-impact relationships - spanning pilots, enterprise partnerships, and commercial collaborations. Some key responsibilities include: Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships across healthcare providers, registries, payers, and life sciences organizations Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on commercial strategy, growth priorities, and market positioning Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities - from initial conversations through negotiation, contracting, and launch Collaborate with product and clinical teams to align external opportunities with internal capabilities Represent Savant at industry events and in key partner meetings, helping elevate our brand and expand our network Help shape our early go-to-market playbook, pricing strategy, and partner success model Requirements for this role include: 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or healthtech commercialization Deep familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or health data infrastructure - and strong grasp of how partnerships get done in this space Track record of closing complex deals or collaborations involving clinical data, product integrations, or co-development Excellent communicator - able to earn trust with both executives and operators Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple high-stakes relationships, and moving fast with minimal oversight Strategic thinker with a bias toward action - someone who can see around corners and execute in the near term What we offer: Cross-sector visibility: you'll engage directly with innovators across healthcare and life science High-leverage relationships: the deals you shape will directly influence Savant’s trajectory Build something that matters: help unlock better data for research, clinical care, and discovery Work with sharp, mission-driven people: operate with trust, autonomy, and speed
