JOB SUMMARY:

The SSSM Director is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and directing the overall operation of the SSSM Program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the planning, organizing, implementing, and directing the overall operation of SSSM. Develops and implements operational procedures and provides fiscal oversight of SSSM. Individual will develop regular forums for communication with local partners and stakeholders, as well as programming that is responsive to community needs. Collaborates with various stakeholders to develop ideas and implement strategies that address community challenges. Leads the development of the Advisory Group. OTHER DUTIES : As assigned by CFS Clinical Director KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Computer literacy SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS : 5 years of supervisory experience Position Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1 0 years’ experience managing large scale programs/projects that support youth, families, or school faculty, 5 years of which shall be in supervisory capacity, must have valid New Jersey driver’s license, safe driving record, and vehicle availability. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED: Master’s Degree in a related field Preferred (counseling, public administration, social work, etc). Must have valid New Jersey driver’s license, safe driving record, and vehicle availability.
