Sponsored Products and Brands is seeking a single-threaded leader to drive SP Advertiser Growth. This role will own the systems, models and teams that help SP's advertising customers across 22 global marketplaces, including all recommendations (keywords, products, audiences), suggestions (bids, budgets), defaults (tailored campaigns, consolidated recommendations), controls (targeting, bid, budget), and optimization (proxy-bidding, rules, helping with unhealthy inventory, new product launch). They will lead a high-performing organization of 115 builders across engineering, science, and product, and lead new seed programs that have yet to be staffed. In this role, the leader will own the APIs that deliver recommendations and optimizations to advertisers - whether directly through the Amazon Advertiser Console, via sellers/vendor console, or through sales teams, external partners, tool providers, and agencies, reaching all SP advertising customers WW. The leader will coordinate across Demand teams including Sales, through sales with external partners/tool providers/agencies, and Advertiser Trust, through all advertiser-facing policies. The leader will own developing new programs and initiatives such as a front-end experience for full-funnel advertising across Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands - bridging upper, mid, and lower funnel SP and SB products, and LLM based solutions to simplify advertiser inputs and improve campaign outcomes through deeper advertiser understanding. Basic Qualifications
8+ years of applied science, technical product management, program management or engineering experience Experience with end to end product delivery Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Preferred Qualifications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $262,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $350,000/year in our highest geographic market.
