Are you passionate about creating engaging content for kids and families? Do you have a knack for producing captivating social videos that resonate with diverse audiences? In this role, you'll lead the creative strategy and production of short-form video content across social media platforms, helping shape the brand's voice and global cultural impact while fostering vibrant online communities. Creative Director, Social Responsibilities: Lead the creative strategy for short-form video content across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Conceptualize, produce, and deliver original content for both paid and organic social media campaigns.
Oversee large-scale YouTube productions, including Content Day shoots, with a target of producing over 300 videos annually.
Manage editorial clips, compilations, and special projects in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
Develop innovative social video formats that align with platform-specific trends and audience preferences.
Provide creative feedback and ensure content aligns with business goals and audience engagement strategies.
Track audience trends and responses to refine content strategy and enhance engagement.
Present creative vision and strategy to leadership, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
Creative Director, Social Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience in video production, creative direction, or content creation.
Expertise in short-form video production for social media, including strategy, editing, and production.
Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate effectively.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strategic mindset.
Proven track record of managing high-volume production workflows and large-scale shoots.
A portfolio showcasing accessible, family-oriented creative work.
