Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for a Director, Service Area HR Consulting to join our Human Resources department. This position is a full-time opportunity based out of our regional office located in Washington D.C. with a hybrid work model.

Reporting to the CHRO, the Director, Service Area HR Consulting will act as a strategic advisor and HR consultant to physicians and physician leadership on human resource-related matters across all three service areas: Northern Virginia (NOVA), Washington D.C. and Suburban Maryland (DCSM), and Baltimore (BALT). You will provide oversight of the HR Service Area Consulting teams in the three service areas, serve as a strategic partner to the service area physician leadership team, and focus on HR strategy, consulting services and activities, special projects, and HR professional development.

The starting annual salary for this position ranges from $152,776.24 to $ $190,970.12, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
