This role requires a unique individual who is intuitive, skilled, and willing to innovate. You will be instrumental in elevating our team to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Lead development and execution of advanced organic search strategies, including traditional SEO, generative AI search, and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc.). Act as a trusted client advisor, providing strategic counsel and performance insights. Stay updated on search trends, especially in generative AI and conversational interfaces like Google SGE and ChatGPT Browsing. Utilize tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social analytics platforms to optimize performance and demonstrate ROI. Translate complex data into compelling narratives for executive reporting. Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of experimentation and excellence. Enhance team capabilities through training and scalable processes. Represent Ketchum at client meetings, industry events, and in thought leadership content. Champion SEO innovation internally and externally. Oversee keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO to boost discoverability and engagement. Conduct search landscape analyses to identify opportunities and benchmark against competitors. Support integrated search strategies, understanding SEM best practices and paid/organic synergies. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in SEO, organic, or generative search with proven results across multiple platforms. Ability to lead strategic planning, diagnose performance gaps, and align client goals with search programs. Strong knowledge of SEM and paid/organic strategy integration. Expertise in analytics and SEO tools, including GA4, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush (or similar), with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience managing cross-functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire trust. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment. BS/BA degree preferred. We value diversity of thought, background, and experience. The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. Final compensation will depend on education, experience, skills, and market factors.
