Key Responsibilities:
Lead development and execution of advanced organic search strategies, including traditional SEO, generative AI search, and social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit.
Act as a trusted client advisor, providing strategic insights and performance analysis.
Stay ahead of search trends, especially in generative AI and conversational interfaces such as Google SGE and ChatGPT Browsing.
Utilize analytics tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to optimize performance and demonstrate ROI.
Translate complex data into compelling reports for executive stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and foster a culture of experimentation and collaboration within teams.
Enhance team skills through training and scalable processes.
Represent Ketchum in client meetings, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
Drive SEO innovation both internally and externally.
Oversee keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO to boost discoverability and engagement.
Conduct landscape analyses to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning across search platforms.
Support integrated search strategies, including SEM and paid/organic synergy.
Qualifications:
10+ years in SEO, organic, or generative search with proven results across multiple platforms.
Experience in strategic planning, performance diagnostics, and translating client goals into search programs.
Strong understanding of SEM and paid/organic integration.
Expertise in analytics and SEO tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience managing teams and presenting to executives and clients.
Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire trust.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
BS/BA degree preferred; we value diversity and varied backgrounds.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. Final compensation will depend on education, experience, skills, and market factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
