About our Program: Pacific Clinics' School-Based Intervention Teams (SBIT) provide tiered behavioral health services across various locations (, school sites, community, and via telehealth). SBIT services are delivered within a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), with a focus on Positive Behavioral Intervention Supports (PBIS), Wellness Center implementation, Social Emotional Learning, Restorative Practices, various evidence-based practices to support Community School efforts.

Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional-age youth, families, adults, and older adults. Works within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency. Provides regional leadership and effectively manages multiple clinical programs. Assures regulatory requirements are met. Researches, reviews, and implements best practice principles. Develops and manages program budgets. Assesses opportunities for program growth and potential funding sources. Interfaces with external community partners, agencies, and county departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Oversees management of direct service programs, assessing for strengths and needs.
In concert with the outcome and evaluation department, analyzes outcomes for improvement opportunities.
Participates in the identification of outcome measures.
Negotiates and develops program proposals, negotiates, and monitors performance to program and outside agency contracts.
Resolves issues with outside agency customers.
Develops service programming utilizing best practices.
Facilitates integration of staff efforts at all levels within programs and support teams.
Assesses, evaluates, and manages risk.
Manages and assures continuous development of the Director, Associate Director, Clinical Program Manager (CPM), and Program Supervisor management skills.
Manages projects and service processes to develop and implement improvements in quality and efficiency.
Ensures compliance with agency policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives.
Collaborates with leadership to ensure the implementation of the agency’s vision and mission.
Applies legal and ethical standards of Board of Behavior Sciences (BBS) licensing board in completion of work. Other Duties and Responsibilities Practices self-care, remains aware that others may be contending with stress, and treats others with grace.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Master’s Degree (MA/ MS) in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling or related field required.
Five () years direct clinical experience, of which three years experience in the area of children’s mental health required.
Three () years of clinical supervisory experience required. Preferred Qualifications Business management and organizational development experience preferred.
Community-based program design and implementation experience preferred.
